Description

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads to meet The Company sales goals and achieve the Company Target assigned to you.

The Ideal Candidate must obtain a solid understanding of the BMS system from technical perspective and awareness of the competitive and selling points for the various products and distinguish them against the competitive products, also Technical Sales experience in Light current systems is an advantage.

A BMS system Senior Sales Engineer must Possess and maintain a good network of customers and work continuously to expand client networks and generate related leads.

The Ideal Candidate must Possess a strong technical, sales knowledge and market dynamics of the solutions, products, functions and processes to close deals and working closely with the presales teams to finalize technical solutions and close related deals.

A BMS system Senior Sales Engineer must show very good skills in understanding various customers’ needs and possess an in-depth knowledge of our company’s technical products and services and should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. The Candidate should be driven to achieve the sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.

The Ideal Candidate must show a deep understanding of various BMS software modules, protocols and related hardware and embedded solutions taking into consideration the various levels of integration between all MEP & ELV/ICT systems whether the interface is software or hardware.

Responsibilities
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Achieve or exceed the assigned Sales Target.
  • Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  • Review and Negotiate contracts with the clients.
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports indicating Leads generation progress and closing deals status.
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Collaborating with various teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.
  • Review Technical offers make sure they are responding to client requirements including all Electrical and mechanical and electronic elements of the overall solution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, HVAC control Engineering.
  • At least 5 years in Technical Sales experience in BMS system. Technical Sales experience in Light current systems is an advantage.
  • Presales activities experience for BMS and Light current systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
