Senior Pre-Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Work with the sales team by delivering technical presentations, and leading technical meetings with clients.
  • Development of all technical documents including project preparation till the order.
  • Self-Update regarding the target products to keep the company many steps in advance compared to all competitors and show company strengths.
  • Certifications and training should be fulfilled according to company policy
  • Analyze, evaluate and respond in conjunction with the sales personnel to all company competitors’ strengths.
  • Periodical reporting and updating to direct manager.
  • Knowledge transfer with the pre sales team.
  • Preparing quotations, submittals, and tenders (catalogs, samples, compliance sheets, etc.
  • Assist in the identification and development of new clients.
  • Develop and manage relationships with customers’ and partners’ technical staff
  • Managing product evaluations and developing adoption plans.
  • Good organization, presentation skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities under pressure.
  • Comply with all Pre-Sales Engineer Responsibilities.
  • Prepare awareness sessions for Clients regarding the new products.
  • Create and develop strong relations with relevant vendor personnel.
  • Provide assistance to pre-sales engineers & trainees.
  • Keep track of deadlines and other important dates related to RFPs and demos.
  • Continuously update all required product materials and Demos to fulfill clients’ needs.
  • Updated market research for all competitors with the required analysis needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Electronic or Communication Engineering.
  • Strong experience in pre-sales activates Preparing quotations, submittals, and tenders (catalogs, samples, compliance sheets,) etc.
  • Strong experience in Light Current systems
  • Experience from (3-5 years) in the same role.
  • Low current network design (Fire Alarm – Access Control system – IP CCTV- PBX & IP Telephone – Intrusion system – Public Address System – Nurse call system – Disable systems – structure cabling- Active Data network – MBS)
  • Strong Pre-Sales Experience.
  • Proven experience in successful solutions selling.
  • Proven presentation and sales skills.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
